It presents a quiet, delicate profile with minimal aroma and classic gin elements. It features clear juniper and coriander notes, with citrus hints reminiscent of clementines or oranges. Created using 13 botanicals including: honeysuckle flowers, fennel, hawthorn berries and cape berries.
Perfect serve suggestion is neat over ice but it makes a great gin and tonic too.
